How to Become a Boundary Setting Queen

Daenerys Targaryen, the First of Her Name, Queen of SETTING BOUNDARIES, Lord of the ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATORS, Protector of THE FREEDOM TO SAY NO, Khaleesi of Great SELF-LOVE, called Daenerys Stormborn, the Unburnt, Mother of Dragons.

[Hey, I think it suits her].

If it isn’t obvious from the play-on-words, I’m a big fan of GOT. You know what else I’m a big fan of? Setting boundaries. And Dany [as I like to call her] is certainly the true Boundary Queen. What I think makes her so fierce is her understanding of the need for flexibility and compromise in terms of building and maintaining relationships. One thing for sure is that Dany will not compromise her bottom line and that’s why she is such a badass! [The girl knows her worth and she doesn’t play] Unlike Dany, we can’t hold these otherworldly titles [actually, who says so?] but what we can do is master the art of setting boundaries so we can advocate for our self and protect what we believe in.
